Submit MEPCO Complaints through the PITC Portal
The official website of the Power Information Technology Company (PITC) provides an online complaint form for MEPCO customers to register their issues. To submit your complaint, follow these steps:
- Choose your account type and enter your Phone Number, CNIC, or Reference Number.
- Select the specific account for which you want to file a complaint. The “Customer Information” section will display all account details, including your home address, CNIC, email, and contact number.
- In the “Complaint Details” section, you can enter the nature of your complaint, provide the address of the nearest location, and select the complaint category and type.
- You can upload pictures as additional evidence of your issue.
- To complete the complaint submission, click the “Register Complaint” button on the PITC portal.
Complaint through Roshan Pakistan Mobile Application
The MEPCO complaint app, launched by the Ministry of Energy’s Power Division, allows customers to file complaints online. Here’s how to use the Roshan Pakistan App:
- Search for and download the Roshan Pakistan App from the Google Play Store.
- You will find multiple option in app, including load management, CNIC registration, complaint submission, billing details, and a bill calculator.
- Choose the category of your application. Enter your details e.g ( name, reference number, mobile number (e.g., 923012345678), your nearest location, Description) of your complaint.
- You will receive a “Ticket Number” to track your online complaint after complete the process.
Types of Complaints from MEPCO Customers
Customers may encounter various issues when filing complaints about MEPCO electricity services. Below are some common types of electricity-related complaints

Procedure for MEPCO Bill Correction Complaints
Online or visit the nearest MEPCO office.
Users can call 118 directly or send an SMS to 8118 to report issues such as incorrect bills, delays in new connections, electricity theft etc.
Online MEPCO Bill Correction Complaint Process
To file an online complaint with MEPCO’s customer complaint unit, follow these simple steps:
- Visit MEPCO’s official website at mepcoebills.com.
- Under the Customer Care menu, select “Bill Correction”.
- The customer bill correction form will appear on the screen.
- Fill in all required details, including your name, email address, mobile number, and SDIV/DIV/CIR code.
- If you need help understanding any mandatory fields in the form, feel free to ask the office staff for assistance.
- Once your request is submitted, the management will approve it and send a signed, scanned copy to the relevant office.
- You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address once the bill correction process is complete.
